Precious metal bursary

Having won the goldsmith bursary in January, I thought I would put up a image of the completed piece, which i will be showing at New Designers.

The piece was a the final piece from an initial project I began at the start of my final year.

Three Dimensional Design Degree Show 2011

The celebration of three years of studies. The private view on 17th June, saw the Manchester school of art full of people.

I also won an award for which I will be exhibiting at the Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair 2011, along with Jill Shaddock and Anne Laycock. 

"Wrapped"

The Wrapped Collection.

This range focuses on the process more than an object or thought. I have used glass to create a fluid wrapping element which is then contrasted against the metal.

These are quite fragile pieces but hopefully I will have some photos of them being worn soon.
